Vermont Maple Hardwood Earrings - One of a Kind
Handmade by Vermont Artist, Reed Prescott
"The wood I used to make this piece came from local Vermont hardwood trees. Easty to source when you live in Vermont. My wood pile, one of the may local mills, or wind damage at a neighbors' produce material for this product. In Vermont the only time we lock our car doos is in Sugust due to the fear that we may come out of the grocery store to find a car full of zucchini. The same goes for my shap after an ice storm when neibhbors walk in with logs under their arms, anouncing, "This fell in our yard and we thought of you." I have even come back from lunch to find an 8' branch in the middle of my gallery. Now I am no better because I havbe learned to buy 10 cords of winter wood so that 6 cords end up in my cellar."
